My journey into the world of healing and empowerment began as a response to my own experience with trauma.

For me, being an Intuitive Healer is all about helping others see their power. Not in a sparkly way, like a fairy spreading glitter and flowers, but in a raw, gritty, shadowy way. I've walked in that darkness and I will meet you there and give you the tools you need to get yourself out.

I developed a disability at age 19. I didn’t know it at the time, but the neurological condition I experience would be an invaluable teacher.
I spent years in and out of hospital, my life brought to a standstill. As a teenager, I had carers who dressed and bathed me. I was prescribed countless drugs to try and ‘fix’ me but everything made it worse.

It was then that I sought a more holistic approach to my health and I discovered the powerful connection between the mind, the spirit, our emotions and the body. Through this journey I realised that the sexual assault I had suppressed and not dealt with was the trigger for the disability. My body was physically forcing me to stop so I could process the assault. I have delved into the depths of the shadows of myself and my experiences, processing and healing.
When I became a mother, it wasn’t just my son who was born, but a new version of me was born too. For the first time, I fully embraced my psychic and healing abilities. It kickstarted my passion to support others on their life path. I gained training in the techniques I had found useful in my personal healing journey and undertook mentoring in how to use my psychic abilities.

It's a privilege to be able to connect with spirit, entities and the dead. I've met so many of my client's loved ones who have passed on, including pets!

Soul- Led Business Mentoring
My journey into self employment began age 16. I grew up in a household where both of my parents were self employed. My first experience of working was freelancing within the theatre industry. Later, I started a Ltd. Company aged just 23 and won Welsh Business of The year.
I've spent nearly a decade helping entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of business. I’ve worked with Welsh Government, Further & Higher education and am a founding 300 member of Be The Spark.
Soul-led Business Mentoring is a little different to traditional Business Mentoring. It combines all of the important stuff, registering as self employed, finance, marketing with aligning with your soul purpose. I bridge the gap between passion and profit. Together, we'll refine your vision, create aligned offerings, and master the business fundamentals.
